Well the hard part is over finding the D&D Old Comrades Site....

Inside the forum we have categories consisting of Daily Chat, Members Photos, Journals, Tours, Regimental History, Regimental Branches, Focus Groups, Chapel of Remembrances and Old Comrades on Parade...

We also organise as a forum in the first weekend in October a "Jolly Boys Outing" (JBO) which if you have ever watched "Only Fools and Horses" is a get together of the lads for a weekend away..

The JBO in 2008 we managed to get 22 Janner's together, which is not bad seeing as the forum had only been going 5 months beforehand. In 2009 over 100 Member's attended and a great time was had by all..

We also made the decision to vote on two charities each year that the Membership would collect for....

This would coincide with the JBO and make the weekend not only a meeting up of Old Comrades but also a worthwhile charity event for good causes voted by the Membership .......

In 2009 the two charities were "The Gurkha Welfare Trust" and "The Honeylands Children Hospital In Exeter". The amount we collected was £3355 a tremendous total by all those Members who got involved...


The forum also purchased memorabilia consisting of Polo Shirts, Rugby Shirts and Badges that again we voted for as a forum on the design of the emblem....

The emblem consist of a soldier (looking like desperate Dan) in combats with a rifle, bergan and carrying a demijohn of cider. On the top of the soldier is the wording "D&D Old Comrades" and on the bottom "Semper Fidelis" .. ( you can see this emblem top of the main page )

This is as far as I am aware the only place on the www where D&D's can interact and is solely for D&D's..... So please take the time and trouble to register, this will enable you to enter the forum and go through over 19000 post and over 5500 photo's we have on the forum.....

To register just go to the main forum page up the top of that page you will find the logo just fill in your details and I will ativate you..
